FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.      HOW DO I REGISTER AS USER ON THE WEBSITE?

To register as a user, click here or on
MY ACCOUNT at the top of the page, alternatively you can click on the icon on
the top right side of the website and create an account. You can also choose to
connect using your Facebook, Gmail or Instagram account.

2.   HOW DO I PURCHASE A PRODUCT ON THE WEBSITE?

a.      Identify the product you wish to buy by
browsing on our website, or searching using the research bar

b.      Add to cart: Now that you identified the
product to buy, click on “Add to cart”. The shopping cart contains every
product that you chose to buy. Now that you have added the product to your cart
you can chose to browse again on the website for more products. To access the
content of your cart, just click on the icon and you can manage your products.
In case you want to keep your products to purchase later, you can add them to
the Wish List going on the product with your mouse and click on “Add to Wish
list”

c.      Proceed to payment: To proceed to
payment, go to your shopping cart and click on the “Pay now” button. You will
be required to log in or register, if you are not already logged in. Chose the
delivery address, select your payment method, insert any voucher if owned, and
click on the ‘Proceed‘ button then a summary of your order will display with
all the details of your complete order.

3.   PAYMENT

When placing your order, you can pay using:

a.      EFT (Note that this method might take
long for the payment to reflect into our account)

b.      Direct deposit into our account (This
method only applies to buyers in South Africa)

c.      PayPal straight if you have a PayPal
account or you can pay using your credit card

 

4.   EXCHANGE, RETURN AND CANCELLATION

a.      Can I return my product if I am not
satisfied with it?

è Unfortunately, you cannot return a
product once ordered but we exchange the product by contacting us via email or
call us directly. Note that you can return a product within 30 days after you
have received it; In case a shipment fee is required, you will be required to
pay it again.

b.      How do I cancel my order?

è Get in touch with us to cancel an order.
In case the order has not yet been paid for, you can simply cancel it in your
cart. If it has already been paid for, you will be refunded.

5.   DELIVERY

a.      How much is the delivery fee?

è The delivery fee is R100, it is a
standard price for any location in South Africa. You can also choose to collect
from our store which in this case is free of charge.

b.      When do I get my order?

è Because every product is unique, we
manufacture each one individually, which takes one to two working days
depending on the order then we prepare them for delivery the following day,
delivery can take two to five working days depending on the area. Once an order
is placed and payment received, an approximate delivery date will be sent to
you.

c.      How do I track my order for shipment?

d.      What happens if I don’t get my product
on the promised date?

è You can contact us via email or call us
directly and we will get in touch with you.

6.   THE PRODUCTS

a.      Are the images of the products on the
website similar to the product I will receive?

Yes, all the images on the website are similar to the product you will
receive. However, because of graphics, some colors for example might appear brighter/darker
than the ones from the product you will receive which is quite normal.
